Vast experience in commercial negotiation and deal-making for various small and big businesses world-wide, mainly in Europe, North America, Middle East, Australasia, Japan and China.

Involved and exposed to litigation, dispute settlement and arbitration internationally as legal counsel in industry and at the courthouse; trained negotiator and mediator.
